To attend a regional training site you must have or purchase a USA
Card (cost $25). Anyone who has a current USA card is welcome at any of
our sites.
Omaha
Millard South, Mondays
Papio South, Tuesdays
UNO, Thursdays night
Times: 6:00pm -7:15 pm for less experienced
wrestlers; 7:30-9:00 pm for those training to compete on
National Teams and National Dual Teams.
Lincoln
University of Nebraska wrestling room, Sunday and Wednesday

Kearney
Kearney is in the Process of organizing a training site as are
the people out west. We will forward the information on these
sites as we get complete details.
